Job Description

Currently, we are looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to add to our awesome team. Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven leader and have the background and skillset to manage our digital marketing initiatives including:  Paid search, display, retargeting, affiliate, email, SEO, - while also influencing the overall digital marketing plan/timeline.  Experience implementing, managing and analyzing results in an eCommerce business is critical to this role, along with a proven track record of aggressive channel growth.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Craft, execute, analyze & optimize the overall digital marketing strategy – including Paid Search, Display, Affiliate, Email and SEO.
  • Create actionable reporting centered around ROI, conversion rate and other marketing KPI’s.
  • Prioritize digital marketing initiatives, vendors and resources based on anticipated outcomes and ROI.
  • Turn existing brand equity and market position into exponential growth and incremental revenue.
  • Grow and optimize digital media program through comparative A/B testing with ad copy, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions as needed with I.T., design and production teams to generate creative and original ideas.
  • Stay up to date and current on eCommerce trends and insights.

What You Need for this Position:

  • 2+ years work experience in a digital marketing role with minimum one year hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • History of channel oversight, proactive endeavors and a relentless desire towards brand/company growth
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (ie. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics and attribution methodology.
